Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel are engaged. Us Weekly reports that the "Sexy Back" singer proposed to Biel in late December, while vacationing in Jackson, Wyoming -- a testament to Biel's love for snowboarding and the mountains.

The pair's relationship first came to light in 2007, when Timberlake, 30, and Biel, 29, were spotted together in Utah at the Sundance Film Festival. The pair remained one of the most visible couples in Hollywood until last March, when they decided to take a three-month break. But destiny is destiny, and by the fall they were together again, even double-dating with Biel's parents in October.

"When they reunited, they had a conversation about taking the next step," an insider told the magazine.

This summer, Justin Timberlake accepted a servicewoman's invitation to attend the Instructor Battalion Marine Corps Ball, and Saturday he made good on that promise.

"What I didn't know was how moved I would be by the whole experience," Timberlake, 30, posted afterwards on his website.

The singer-actor was combat instructor Kelsey De Santis's date to Saturday's dance at the Richmond Convention Center in Richmond, Va.

Of the time the two spent together, Timberlake wrote, "She seemed to me to be so humble and honest... Very cool. She also simultaneously seemed like she was nervous about the whole evening and if I was going to enjoy myself. 'Are you ok?' she asked 2 or 3 times. "I hope you are having fun. I know you will once my crew of friends get here to the table.' "

He went on to say, "I have to tell you, it's not every day that I meet a 23 year old girl and she's more worried about if I'm having fun or if I'm comfortable! It hit me all of a sudden that these were the type of people that look after us and our freedom... Humble, concerned for others before themselves... This was the type of person our Marine Corps was building. I was really blown away."

Timberlake had been wooed to the ball via video, when his Marine, a champion mixed martial artist in her off-time, made her plea on YouTube. "So, Justin," she said in her online invite. "I'm going to call you out and ask you to come to the Marine Corps ball with me on Nov. 12. ... And if you can't go, all I have to say is, cry me a river."

Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel are believed to have rekindled their romance. The former couple, who split in March this year after a four-year relationship, were spotted spending time together at a Toronto café over the weekend. According to Life and Style magazine, Timberlake and Biel visited Ella's Uncle coffee shop three times throughout the weekend. One onlooker said: "They seemed so comfortable, happy and at ease (and) they literally couldn't stop staring and smiling at each other. Justin seemed completely smitten with Jessica, and she had this permanent smile on her face, and they joked around with each other."

'Even though we're in the movie Friends With Benefits, Mila and I have never dated,' Timberlake explained.

'We have a totally platonic relationship, which is why I can do this,' he said before grabbing hold of her chest.

She then reciprocated by putting her hands between his crotch, in full view of the shocked audience.

They then went on to present an award for best male performance to Twilight Robert Pattinson, but not before Timberlake slipped in one more crude remark.

As Kunis said: 'And the winner for best male performance is...,' Justin interjected with a laugh: 'I think we just found out... What a shameless reference to my penis.'

Earlier in the day, Justin met up with his ex-friend Cameron Diaz, who is rumoured to have split from her most recent partner A-Rod.

Timberlake has also been linked with actress Oliva Wilde in recent months, his co-star from the upcoming sci-fi flick Now.

New Regency and 20th Century Fox are talking to Justin Timberlake to star in I’m.mortal, one of the most sought-after sci-fi projects in the marketplace today. No deal is done, but by the end of the week, Timberlake could be on board to play the protagonist in the film from writer/director Andrew Niccol (Gattaca). Timberlake’s reps declined to comment.
